The RGS privacy notice sets forth the information gathering, use, and dissemination practices of RGS Financial, LLC. (RGS) with the web site, www.rgsfinancial.com. This notice addresses RGS' practices regarding information collected only through or from its web site. In general, we collect the following information about you: full name, date of birth, social security number, phone number, address, email address, account number, original creditor, and balance and payment history. We also do not delete your information due to contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. Your information will be deleted once these obligations have expired and in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text Message Consumer Notice

By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you give RGS Financial LLC. permission to send you account-related text messages, such as payment reminders and notifications.

1. The number of messages will vary by account.

2. By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you agree you own or have permission to use the mobile number.

3. Message and data rates may apply.

4. To opt-out of text messages to the number provided, text STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.
